This was our first gig at THE RED LION. It's a great place with alot of nice people. We played with several other bands starting in the early evening and going all nite. We went on about 9:45pm. A little later than expected. We played the songs above and really got an awesome response. The place really got crowded as the nite went on. There was an acoustic set, a classic rock set and more. All the musicians were great. It was a wonderful nite out. The JAM does a great job getting everyone set-up between sets/performances. They meet every need you might have as quickly as possible. The only thing we could have wanted a bit more of was monitoring. We couldn't hear hardly anything we were playing. I was personally told it was ok by the keyboardist from the prior band. He must have known I couldn't hear myself back there. That was nice of him to let me know it was ok. John could only hear himself and the drums. But out front the sound was great. So, thats what counts the most.

We also want to thank Jess for coming down.  She was our lead singer several years back. She hooked us up with some stuff and made some printouts for us. Always nice to see her but usually theres alot of time in between. She's been a busy gal.

Thanks to the Keyboardist(sorry but I forgot your name-I am so bad that way)in the previous band(Princess Rainbow & The Crown Victorians???)for letting me use the Roland and for letting us know the sound was there because you knew we couldn't hear ourselves. The comraderie was appreciated.

We had to stop about 2 songs short of what we wanted to do. Greg was running a bit behind. The band before us went about 2 songs over their time. But, we're not complaining. We were playing in NYC and were invited to do so. It was great and we all really enjoyed the time out. What a great way to meet folks and fellow musicians. And, the city never sleeps. It was as busy at midnight as it was @ 7pm. Unreal!!!

We'd like to say "THANK YOU" to Greg at THE JAM, for thinking of us for this gig. We appreciate it and the opportunity to play someplace new and hope he will consider us for the future.
