FOUR DOORS DOWN Saturday May 26th, 2007
9:30pm-1:30am
Well, as much as it came as a surprise to us the crowd was a little thin tonite. We figured it being a holiday weekend that the crowd would be huge. I guess we didn't figure in house parties and family time, etc. But though we had a small crowd it was no less a full out effort on our part and our loyal gathering. We had a great time as always. We put our new sound system into use and it sounded really nice and crisp. We had a few quirks with the subwoofer but we think we know what the problem was. We played 3 sets, as listed below. We capped the night off by Joey doing a request for some Elvis. He came out from behind the drums to play guitar for our last song of the night and did, "Blue Suede Shoes." It was great! Thanks to Jeanne, Paula, Maureen and Perry for coming out as well as the others who we don't know by name per se.
This was probably our last gig at Four Doors until the Fall. We have a booked schedule from now through most of the summer though there are a few dates still available. But we look forward to being back here again in near future. Thanks for coming everyone!!! TCB
